Hong Kong Airlines launches new route to Narita Airport, Tokyo

Hong Kong Airlines, the internationally acclaimed full-service airline, has celebrated its daily direct service to Narita Airport in Tokyo, Japan.

The new service further strengthens the airline’s network in Japan.

To mark the official launch of this route, Hong Kong Airlines held grand celebrations at both Hong Kong International Airport and Narita International Airport.

Before departure, all passengers scheduled to depart the flight from Hong Kong were presented with a commemorative certificate and luggage tag to mark the occasion and show gratitude for their support of the route.

At the check-in counter, passengers were greeted with Japanese-themed decorations, emulating the cosmopolitan charm of Tokyo.

Passengers taking the inaugural flight expressed their excitement about the journey ahead.

On arrival at Narita International Airport following flight HX608, all passengers, flight crew and representatives of Hong Kong Airlines received a warm welcome from airport representatives.

Hong Kong Airlines currently has over 30 destinations covering the Asia-Pacific region.

With the additional twice-daily service to Tokyo Narita, complemented by the two daily flights to Okinawa, daily flight to Okayama, five-time weekly service to Sapporo and Kagoshima respectively and twice-weekly flights to Miyazaki, Hong Kong Airlines now operates a total of 47 weekly flights between Hong Kong and Japan, further strengthening its route network.
