Grand Hyatt Shanghai is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Andy Chang as the hotel’s new Resident Manager.  Mr. Chang has over 20 years’ professional hospitality experience in Hyatt hotels in Taipei, Guam and Incheon. From January to March of 1999, he was appointed as one of the pre-opening support team, to assist the opening of Grand Hyatt Shanghai.
