NC4 Inc., the leader in Situational Readiness solutions and innovator in travel and supply chain risk management solutions, has hired Craig Banikowski as Director of Travel Programs. With over 25 years’ experience in the travel industry, Craig will continue to grow NC4’s travel risk management solutions, ensuring they meet the needs of business travelers and corporations in light of an ever-changing global marketplace. And, with his tenure and experience in the field of procurement, Banikowski will also focus on NC4’s supply chain risk mitigation solutions.
Banikowski has been actively involved in helping shape the business travel industry through his involvement in the Global Business Travel Association (GBTA). As the former President and CEO known for the globalization, evolution and rebranding of the former National Business Travel Association (NBTA) to the Global Business Travel Association, his involvement in helping ensure visibility of managed travel has been paramount. In his current role as Chairman of GBTA, he is involved in the continued globalization of the organization, as well as ensuring key attributes of the association are maintained and strengthened. His focus on Corporate Social Responsibility from both a domestic and international perspective is of critical importance.
Banikowski also chaired the NBTA Global Risk Committee. In this role, he and key industry professionals instituted the review and assessment of safety and security in reference to the business traveler. Understanding, identifying and communicating the needs of business travelers in an increasingly unsecure business travel environment were key deliverables of this ongoing group effort.
“I am excited to be involved with NC4,” commented Banikowski. “NC4’s travel risk management solutions take a proactive approach to traveler safety, and improve an organization’s overall risk visibility. By leveraging their hallmark 24/7 real-time threat alerting and predictive intelligence with the tools to visualize this information alongside traveler itineraries, NC4’s customers are in a position to better protect their business travelers and expats.”
“NC4 is pleased to have Craig join our team,” said NC4 President and CEO, Jim Montagnino. “Craig’s extensive experience will help us to fine-tune our risk management solutions and ensure that NC4’s travel program provides best-in-class services for our own organization and travelers.”
