easyjet rolls out ad campaign

easyJet has launched its new pan-European advertising campaign which will run across television, print, outdoor and online media channels, in all of its major European markets including France, Italy, Switzerland, Spain, Germany and the UK.
The campaign reinforces easyJet as Europe’s flag carrier, under the new line ‘europe by easyJet’.
The creative work seeks to celebrate the reasons why people travel, by highlighting the moments theycan only experience when they connect with other people.
The focus is very much on our customers and why they fly with easyJet.
The images were shot by award winning photographer Elaine Constantine who is renowned for capturing authentic moments and experiences.
The TV advert features a recently released music track ‘Techno Fan’ by the indie band ‘The Wombats’.
The end result is a “vibrant, contemporary and distinctive campaign” that reflects the aspirations of the airline, easyJet said in a statement.
Peter Duffy, easyJet’s marketing director said: “Over the past 15 years we’ve connected more and more of the people of Europe by making travel easy and affordable.
“We are really proud of this and it will continue to be at the heart of everything we do.”
From today, facebook users can preview the new TV advert - which will be shown on TV stations from October 5th.
From next week, customers can get involved with the campaign and create their own version of the ad by uploading photos showing their own travelling experiences.
The new ‘europe by easyJet’ campaign will run throughout the year and is managed by easyJet’s new advertising agency VCCP.
