Eagles Nest has again received world acclaim and top honours at the World Travel Awards Asia & Australasia Gala Ceremony hosted at The Oberoi, New Delhi, India.

Eagles Nest was named for a second year running as “Australasia’s Leading Villa Resort” and for the fourth year running as “New Zealand’s Leading Resort” during the glittering ceremony, which was supported by a packed delegation of VIP’s, senior tourism figures and international media.

Eagles Nest, general manager, Callum Farnell commented: “I am just ecstatic for Eagles Nest, its team of hospitality professionals and owner to be recognized yet again by the World Travel Awards especially considering the high calibre of world class properties nominated for our two awards.

The World Travel Awards saw its annual Grand Tour launch successfully in Dubai in May, with Gala Ceremonies following in Greek capital Athens and Quito, high in the mountains of Ecuador.

A Grand Final is scheduled for later this year on the sunshine island of Anguilla.
