SYDNEY - Best Western Australia is set to launch Kids Discovery Club, which has been developed to target the family market over the peak summer period.

Nothing is worse than a long road trip or plane ride for bored kids. Inevitably, they’ll ask, “Are we there yet?” Best Western wants to help make the journey more enjoyable for everyone, so the Kids Discovery Club Pack was developed.

The Kids Pack includes all the essential items to keep children entertained while the parents try and unwind, whether driving in the car or relaxing by a pool. The Kids Pack contains the Best Western Activity Book, which is full of games, stories, drawings and puzzles as well as theme park discounts, pencils, a pencil case, a sharpener, a tattoo and a Chupa Chup.

“We are very excited about this initiative”, says Jane Roennfeldt, Best Western Australia’s general manager of Sales and Marketing, “as it involves a mini kids loyalty program of sorts. Children can collect Best Western stickers from each Best Western property they visit and once they have collected three stickers they can send their form in to go in the draw for the major Kids Discovery prize - the Ultimate Kids Getaway.”

The Ultimate Kids Getaway includes a Family Three Park Super Pass with Warner Village Theme Parks (includes Movieworld, Sea World and Wet ‘n’ Wild Water World), five days car rental with Avis and four nights accommodation with Best Western Australia.

The Best Western Kids Discovery Club Pack will be available on request, free to all children under 12 who are booked at Best Western Australia via the central reservations number, 131 779 (in Australia) for the summer holiday period (November 15- February 28).
