Northwest Airlines’ Customers Can Get 1,000 Bonus Miles By Registering For Promotional Email

Northwest Airlines announced today that it will give 1,000 WorldPerks Bonus Miles to passengers who register for Northwest Airlines’ email updates. Customers need to register their email online by April 30, 2000.

The email updates will allow Northwest Airlines’ customers to quickly learn about special promotions, announcements of new routes or services, WorldPerks information, weekly CyberSavers markets and WorldVacation package offers.


To register, go to www.nwa.com/wpemail. Passengers will have 500 Bonus Miles deposited into their WorldPerks account four to six weeks after registration. An additional 500 Bonus Miles will be deposited in members accounts in September 2000, if the member remains registered in the online email database. WorldPerks members must provide their WorldPerks number and a valid e-mail address and agree to receive promotional emails from Northwest Airlines. Current e-mail registrants can also qualify for the promotion. The offer is valid for WorldPerks members residing in the 50 US states and Canada.


“Having our WorldPerks members email address’ will allow us to communicate faster and offer more up to the minute information,” said Beth Shultis Northwest vice president-marketing programs and worldwide advertising.
