China Airlines Launch Online Services

China Airlines is launching more online services by providing e-booking, e-check-in and online baggage tracing.
E-check-in is now available to members of Dynasty Flyer Program originating from Taipei and Kaohsiung. Over the silent launch period of July, more than 4000 transactions have been completed through e-booking service.


On the post-journey service, China Airlines joined worldwide Internet Access Module, a baggage tracing system of SITA, for better handling of lost and missing baggage with retrieve system on the Internet.


According to a survey done by AC Nielsen , among the 17,000 persons interviewed, travel information is the most sought after online services for regular Internet users in Taiwan. In order to meet the demand, China Airlines will provide more new web services to better serve its online customers and passengers.
