Air Canada and Air Canada Jazz today announced
another fall seat sale with fare reductions of up to 40 per cent for travel to
over 150 destinations worldwide. The sale begins on Thursday September 19,
2002 and continues until September 30, for travel throughout the fall and
winter beginning as early as September 26, 2002.

“With fall activities in full swing, we`re offering Air Canada customers
another opportunity to take advantage of these great fares to destinations
throughout Air Canada`s extensive network, and even plan ahead for an early
winter break,” said Bill Bredt, Vice President, Network and Revenue
Management. “By booking now, customers have early access to the best value for
travel throughout the fall and early winter.”

All travel to Canadian and U.S destinations must be completed by February
28, 2003, except to Florida, Hawaii and Las Vegas in which case travel must be
completed by December 18, 2002. These seat sale fares are not available for
travel within Canada and to and from the United States between December 19-23,
2002 and between January 2-5, 2003. The last departure for international
destinations is December 12, 2002, unless otherwise specified. Prices and
booking conditions vary according to destination.

Tickets are available for purchase now online at Air Canada`s web site,
www.aircanada.ca, through travel agents and Air Canada Reservations.
Reductions are based on lowest year round published fares. Some fares are
subject to government approval.
