Passengers Advised To Turn Up As Normal

British Airways is advising its passengers to turn up for flights as normal today (Friday March 16) despite problems with the airline’s check-in systems.

The problem is affecting the airline’s passenger departure control system that manages departing flights from all airports in the UK and overseas.

Most flights are departing as normal, although some may be subject to delay.

The airline is working with its service partner, Amadeus, to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

Customers are advised to contact the British Airways information line on 0845 77 999 77 for further information.
