Priceline’s "name your own price scheme" a resounding success

Consumers of Priceline’s “name your own price” car rental scheme have been successfully bidding as little as $15 a day for car rentals collected at the Tampa, Fort Myers and Orlando airports. 
Customers of the initiative choose the car type, rental dates, location and price they want to pay and the service chooses from a number of car rental companies to find there ideal contract.

The car rental company is only disclosed after the transaction has been completed.
