Eos tops on-time list for New York route

In airline statistics recently published by the U.K. Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), Eos Airlines has once again earned the top spot with the best on-time performance of any commercial airline between London and New York during the first quarter of 2007. Eos, which recently announced a schedule expansion to 40 flights per week, earned top honours for the full year in 2006.

Jack Williams, Eos CEO, commented, ‘We offer an ‘uncrowded’ experience by flying the world’s only commercial fleet of Boeing 757s outfitted for just 48 guests. When you take away the crowds, great things are possible - including the elimination of delays at check-in, boarding and deplaning.’

Among the major carriers offering service between London and New York, Eos posted significant leads in on-time performance, with 78% of Eos flights operating on-time or within 15 minutes of schedule, compared to 69% of American Airlines flights, 56% of British Airways flights, and 50% of Virgin Atlantic flights.

Eos provides a curbside assistant service at London Stansted Airports and JFK, in which Guides greet guests at the airport entrance curb to help with the check-in and fast-track security process. Eos offers its guests the convenience of arriving up to 45 minutes prior to departure time.

Starting 9th September, Eos will increase its schedule frequency between London and New York, putting a newly acquired fourth Boeing 757 into service.
