Magnolia Bay Marina & Resort, a
Gulf front development to be located just north of Keaton Beach on the Gulf
of Mexico, has unveiled its informational website - www.magnoliabaymarina.com.The new site, designed by 180 Communications,
Inc., in Tallahassee, aims at keeping the local community and visitors
informed and up-to-date on project developments.
  Magnolia Bay Marina & Resort, founded by Dr. J. Crayton Pruitt, has
been designed to provide the greatest possible public and economic benefits
to Taylor County. The proposed 600-acre development will serve as a
destination resort and marina with public access to the Gulf of Mexico.
  The development team is working closely with local, state and federal
officials to ensure the site’s natural beauty and help improve water
quality along the Nature Coast.
  The marina and resort will feature a variety of amenities that will
benefit and promote Taylor County by providing a public access marina, town
center, hotels, restaurants, shops and boardwalks. The development will
also showcase the area’s unique character and history and improve the
environmental integrity for all residents and visitors to enjoy.
