Aussie resort opens after cyclone

One of the Kimberley’s major tourism drawcards will reopen today after being severely damaged by cyclone Ingrid last year, reported the Australian Broadcasting Corporation.
El Questro’s revamped Emma Gorge resort has begun hosting guests this week.

Five new tents have been added to the resort, bringing the total number of rooms to 60.

The chief executive of Voyages, Grant Hunt, says bookings for the new resort have been good, as the wilderness tourism market enjoys a boom time.
