Virgin Express will fly the Brussels-Palermo route three times a week starting from 29th March 2006Originally Virgin Express had planned to operate this new route twice a week as from the beginning of April, but because of the high demand for seats, the Belgian low cost airline decided to add a third weekly frequency (on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays).

Palermo is the 4th Italian destination served by Virgin Express.

The airline also flies to Rome, Milan and Catania. Palermo is a typical Mediterranean destination, which offers a year-round potential.

Even during the winter months it is known to be a true sun-destination.
