Gold Key Solutions, has launched its Concierge Assistant in Ireland, the software application allows property staff to automatically and securely create profiles of each guest.

It also lists their preferences in every area from dining to entertainment and nature programs, and print out individual activity itineraries for each day that guests are on property.
