Pink Beach Club Granted Award of Excellence from Wine Spectator magazine

Pink Beach Club & Cottages has been granted the 2005 Award of Excellence from Wine Spectator magazine. The highly regarded, annual award distinguishes restaurants from around the world that “recognise a commitment to a fine wine list, with a sufficient selection of better producers along with a thematic match to the menu in both price and style.” The Bermudiana, Pink Beach Club’s formal, oceanfront resort has been presented with an award certificate and is being featured in the publication’s annual dining guide.

Hotel Manager Harry Kromer personally overlooks the selection of the Bermudiana’s spectacular wine collection. In addition to its exquisite wines, the restaurant features a globally influenced, five-course dinner menu daily in addition to an A La Carte menu, using only the freshest ingredients available.

“Pink Beach Club is dedicated to producing a selection of mouth-watering delicacies, placing a strong emphasis on quality ingredients, lighter textures and natural flavours,” said Kromer.

The Bermudiana’s menu includes a Bermuda Fish Chowder spiked with sherry peppers and black rum, a Curried Creole Lobster, Papaya and Alfalfa Wrap in a honey-wheat tortilla, and the Aromatic Jonah Crab, Grilled Leek and Lemon Ravioli served in a pernod basil cream sauce.
