Farelogix today announced that it has added three travel industry veterans
to its executive team: Tim Reiz was appointed chief technology officer; Theo
Kruijssen was named chief financial officer and treasurer; and Dana
Moo-Young is the company’s new vice president of operations.
“We have assembled a team of world class executives with a very strong
history in technology and the travel industry,” said Jim Davidson, president

As chief technology officer, Tim Reiz is charged with guiding the Farelogix

seasoned technology expert in travel applications with over 20 years of

most widely used transaction engine in the travel industry. Prior to working
with PASS he was part of the development organization for Amadeus S.A. in
France. He began his career with Congress Incentive Travel Service GmbH in
Germany.

Theo Kruijssen has 16 years of international financial planning and analysis
experience in both large multinational and small start-up companies. He is
responsible for leading the financing initiatives behind Farelogix’s growth
and overseeing strategic business planning.  Most recently, Kruijssen was
CFO and treasurer at NTE, Inc., a start-up supply chain exchange and
software solutions company, where he was responsible for corporate finance
and overseeing strategic business planning. Prior to NTE, he held business
planning and development positions in Europe and the U.S. with Amadeus GTD.
In 2001, Business Finance presented its distinguished Vision Award to
Kruijssen and his team for outstanding business planning.

Dana Moo-Young is responsible for directing operational, product
implementation, and customer support elements for Farelogix.  She brings
extensive experience in operations, implementation, and customer support
services, working with some of the largest multi-national companies
including American Express, World Bank, Reader’s Digest, and Target. A
seasoned Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) since 1998, Dana
