Located next to the Ritz-Carlton(R) on 16 acres of pristine waterfront land in Montego Bay, The Palmyra offers unparalleled indulgence in a quaint village setting.
Bringing The Palmyra to life is Rose Hall Developments, the company that masterfully planned the 7,000-acre community of Rose Hall Plantation, in partnership with the Resort Properties Group, a highly-respected development company with more than 20 years of expertise in creating international luxury communities in Europe.
The Rollins family, owner of Rose Hall Developments, can be credited with catalyzing Jamaica’s revival, attracting public and private investments, and improving the island through restoration, philanthropy and infrastructure. Michele Rollins, attorney and former Miss USA, oversees the development of the family’s treasured land bought in the 1970s by late American philanthropist John Rollins Sr.
The Palmyra will stretch along one-half mile of Caribbean ocean and includes exclusive access to the resort for second home owners and tourists looking for a luxury condo rental opportunity.
The real estate offering includes 26 villas, with prices from US$1.6 to $2 million for 2,528 square feet, and 504 one-, two- and three-bedroom condominium units from 716 to 2,181 square feet with prices from the mid $300s to $1.9 million for a penthouse unit.
