La Quinta Begins International Expansion

La Quinta announced today its
entry into the international lodging arena with the opening of the newly
constructed La Quinta Inn-Vancouver Airport in Richmond, British Columbia,
Canada. The 50-room hotel, located at 8640 Alexandra Road is owned and
operated by Aspha Dada of Intercol Holdings Ltd. The company’s first international hotel features many of La Quinta’s
standard offerings as well as additional amenities that are unique to this
property, including a grand, two-story lobby and a spacious rooftop lounge.

This hotel also features a complimentary continental breakfast, an indoor
heated swimming pool with spa, a full-service business center, fitness
center, onsite guest laundry facilities, complimentary airport shuttle
service and meeting space for up to 30 people.

The La Quinta Inn-Vancouver Airport offers four different room choices:
standard rooms with two full-size beds, king rooms or king rooms with a
sofa/sleeper for longer stays, and business king rooms for business
travelers desiring extra space. Each guestroom features oversized desks,
in-room hair dryers, coffee makers, irons and ironing boards and dataport
telephones with voicemail and free local calls. While many of the
guestrooms provide standard 32-inch televisions with expanded cable,
several rooms offer plasma display televisions.

The La Quinta Inn-Vancouver Airport will also participate in the La Quinta
Returns program that offers a variety of special benefits and the ability
to earn points for every dollar spent at La Quinta. Points can be redeemed
