Thomas Cook Airlines is flying high
Birmingham based Thomas Cook Airlines is flying high, having topped the league of Britain’s charter airlines for punctuality at the West Midlands airport.
It has soared into top position cutting the average delay to 6 minutes and achieving 89.9% of all its flights departing On-Time.
Managing Director Glen Chipp said: Its a tremendous achievement and its been done without spending an extra penny.
We recognise that punctuality is high on our passengers’ demands and therefore everybody at Birmingham just rolled their sleeves up and decided we’d aim for the top. It’s been a real team effort.
