said today that President and Chief Executive Officer
Jeffery H. Boyd and Chief Financial Officer Robert J. Mylod, Jr. will
participate in Goldman Sachs 5th Annual Internet Conference in Las
Vegas.

  On Thursday, May 27, at 11:45 a.m. PT, Mr. Boyd will present
priceline.com’s business and specific progress made through the 1st
quarter 2004. A copy of his presentation will be made available on
priceline.com’s Website. On Wednesday, May 26, at
4:05 p.m. PT, Mr. Mylod will participate in an online travel panel
discussion.
