Continental Airlines has won
high ratings in the Skytrax Airline of the Year Survey 2004. Continental was rated No. 1 in the Best Airline - North America category
and No. 2 in the Best Airline - Transatlantic category. In the overall
Airline of the Year category, Continental was ranked No. 9—no other
U.S. airline, and only one European airline, featured in the top 10.

The survey, commissioned and undertaken by Skytrax Research of London,
U.K., was conducted between June 2003 and March 2004. Over 10 million
travelers of 92 different nationalities submitted completed survey
