Beginning April 1, 2004, Homewood Suites by Hilton guests will enjoy complimentary high speed Internet access at more than 130 locations.

        All of the brand’s 131 U.S. hotels will feature complimentary high speed Internet access in 100 percent of guest suites, in at least one meeting room, and wireless access in the hotel’s “Lodge” area just off the lobby and business center.

        “Our extended stay guests expect everything they need to be at their fingertips when they are away from home and the office,” said Jim Holthouser, senior vice president, brand management. “Complimentary high speed Internet access is a highly coveted service and we are delighted to offer that convenience to our guests throughout all of our hotels.”

        “We know our guests need to keep up with their normal business routines while on the road and now they will have maximum flexibility in accessing the Internet during their stay,” added Holthouser.

        Internet access is also part of the Homewood Suites by Hilton 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, which ensures guests’ complete satisfaction with every aspect of their stay or that night’s stay is free.
