Sonia Sudhakar today rejoins lastminute.com
as CRM & Customer Information Manager following a four month sabbatical travelling and writing for The Guardian.
Sonia’s role will include the development of lastminute.com’s already sophisticated eCRM programme, including its unique email newsletter for which she held strategic responsibility prior to her sabbatical.
lastminute.com has established a portfolio of six innovative email newsletters that are developed based on customer interest, augmented customer data and purchase history and offer customers targeted products. Sonia’s role will be pivotal in the strategic planning and development of lastminute.com’s customer loyalty programme.
