American Airlines Leaps Into Spring

American Airlines will add a third nonstop flight from Kansas City to New
York’s LaGuardia Airport on May 1, offering yet another opportunity for
customers to travel to the Big Apple.
American will operate its additional flight to New York with a Boeing
Super 80 jet featuring 14 First-Class seats and 115 seats in the Main
Cabin, arranged with American’s More Room Throughout Coach seating
configuration. As with all American Airlines flights, the airline will
offer customers superior service, great low fares and the opportunity to
earn and redeem AAdvantage(R) travel rewards program miles.

“Our customers know that wherever they need to be, American can get them
there. This new flight to New York further strengthens our commitment to
providing customers with convenient service to the places they need and
want to go,” said Ken Clayton, American’s account sales manager in Kansas
City. “Kansas City-area passengers now have added flexibility when
traveling to New York. With the new flight, passengers can leave Kansas
City to catch a Broadway show in the Big Apple that night. Or they can
leave New York in time to get back to work in the afternoon in Kansas
City.”
