A culinary journey through Ramadan

Guests can enjoy a rich array of traditional Emirati cuisine, from luqaimat, madrouba, machboos, thareed, lentil soup and mezze to lamb ouzi, veal harres, mixed grills and classic desserts such as wardat cream and um ali.

Expansive buffets and live cooking stations offer an immersive dining experience, while light Arabic instrumental music enhances the atmosphere of Suhour.
