Hertz takes to the skies with Eurowings
Hertz has seen its brand taken skyward on the livery of a Eurowings Airbus A320.
In a testament to the “fly-drive” partnership formed between the two companies in March, the Airbus has been specially painted in the renowned Hertz yellow.
The reveal of the new livery took place at Düsseldorf, Germany airport this week in a ceremony that celebrated the companies’ joint commitment to provide the carrier’s passengers with a superior customer experience in the air and on the ground.
After the launch event took place, the Airbus A320 embarked on its first flight with the new branding to London, near the headquarters of Hertz Europe.
Vincent Gillet, vice president marketing, international, Hertz, commented: “The special Airbus A320 with Hertz branding is a unique symbol of our strategic partnership with Eurowings and shared focus on customer excellence.
“For nearly a year now, the airline’s passengers have benefited from our attractive car rental offers and our fast services from booking to vehicle return.”
