The second edition of the World Travel Catering & Onboard Services Expo (WTCE) confirmed its standing as the world’s largest travel catering event by attracting more than 1000 high calibre visitors as well as over 200 exhibiting companies, of which more than 50 made their first appearance at the Hamburg Messe from 9-11 April 2013.

The highly popular Taste of Travel Theatre wooed visitors on the opening day of this year’s World Travel Catering & Onboard Services Expo in Hamburg with top chef Gerard Bertholon displaying his culinary skills together with wine connoisseur Duncan Brown of Concha y Toro offering advice on serving the best type of wines in the cabin.

Sandals Resorts has confirmed it will be celebrating its 30th anniversary in style at the annual World Travel Market in London during November. Adam Stewart, chief executive of Sandals; Wayne Cummings, director of business, processes and administration; Jeremy Jones, regional director of the Eastern Caribbean and Karl Thompson, UK managing director will be in attendance to mark the milestone.
