Air Canada enters codeshare with Turkish Airlines
Air Canada and Turkish Airlines have signed a reciprocal code sharing agreement that will make it easy and convenient for customers to connect between the two Star Alliance partner airlines. The agreement, to take effect the beginning of the second quarter of 2013, will leverage Air Canada’s planned Toronto-Istanbul route launching this summer pending receipt of government approval.
Hertz links with Turkish Airlines for Miles&Smiles deal
Hertz has entered into a new partnership with Turkish Airlines to provide members of the carrier’s Miles&Smiles frequent flyer programme with preferential rates on car rentals worldwide, and Bonus Miles with every booking. The three-year agreement means Miles&Smiles members around the world can immediately start taking advantage of best available rates on Hertz car rentals while earning 500 Bonus Miles for each booking.
