Cycas Hospitality continues to drive forward its ambitious European expansion, with the signing of its first hotel in Luxembourg. The 133-room new build hotel, at the heart of the revolutionary GRIDX complex, will be operated by the award-winning pan-European operator under its first hotel management agreement with Félix GIORGETTI S.à r.l. Planned to open mid 2025, the GRIDX development is located in Wickrange in the southwest of Luxembourg at the cross-roads of the country’s transport links to the nearby Belgian, French and German borders.

Hyatt Hotels Corporation has announced that a Hyatt affiliate has entered into a management agreement with PT Central Sudirman Development, for the first Andaz hotel in Jakarta, Indonesia.
