Hyatt Hotels Corporation has announced the opening of Hyatt Centric San José Escazū, marking the first Hyatt Centric branded hotel in Costa Rica. Primely located in the vibrant Escazú neighborhood of Costa Rica’s capital city, the full-service, lifestyle hotel with 161 rooms and suites offers access to boutique shops, dining, and key corporate offices within the Plaza Tempo Shopping & Business Center. The hotel’s central location offers savvy travelers the ideal homebase to explore San José’s city center, the National Stadium of Costa Rica, as well as natural sites like La Paz Waterfall Gardens, Poas Volcano National Park, and Costa Rica’s famous beaches, rainforests, and mountain adventures.

Hilton announced the signing of the first LXR Hotels & Resorts property in China, marking the debut of the luxury brand in the country. In collaboration with Zhong Ding Guo Sheng, the LXR property is scheduled to open in 2027, in the heart of the historic and cultural city of Xi’an. This brand debut marks a significant milestone for Hilton to expand its luxury hotel portfolio in China.

Expected to debut in spring 2025, the two-story American Brasserie-style restaurant marries the vibrant energy of New York and the essence of contemporary American dining, featuring a lively bar and casually elegant dining room that invites locals, residents of Waldorf Astoria New York and guests alike to indulge in seasonal, American cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner.  

The region has over 100 beaches spread across its beautiful 200km coastline on its southern and western shores. They are renowned for their scenic qualities and also for their high standards.
