AI is no longer a side project in hospitality. New research from Mews shows that 98% of hoteliers have used AI across their operations in the last six months. On average, it is involved in 11 of the 19 most common hotel tasks and handles more than half the workload in those tasks. Adoption spans front office, commercial, F&B and leadership, and is highest in upper-midscale, upscale and luxury properties.

Tourism in Denver Increased in 2025
Visit Denver, the City of Denver’s official tourism sales and marketing agency, announced that tourism in Denver grew in 2025 over the previous year, with increases consistent with U.S. averages. In 2025, Denver welcomed 37.6 million domestic visitors and generated $10.5 billion in tourism spending, both of which represent records for the city, slightly eclipsing the previous high-water marks. Alaska Airlines advances global expansion with launch of new European routes
Alaska Airlines has launched daily nonstop service between Seattle and London Heathrow, reinforcing its position as the fourth largest global airline in the U.S. and strengthening its international network. The year-round service marks Alaska’s second European destination introduced this year and begins just ahead of the busy summer travel season. Last month, the airline launched its first-ever transatlantic route to Rome, and on May 28, it will begin nonstop service to Reykjavík, Iceland.
