Thomson, First Choice triple services from London Southend Airport
For summer 2014, Thomson and First Choice will be flying twice a week to Palma, Majorca, and adding Ibiza to their schedule – tripling their service from London Southend Airport in just 12 months.

Five killed in Thomson cruise ship safety drill
Five crew members have been killed during a routine safety drill on a Thomson cruise ship which was docked in the Canary Islands. Two people were also seriously injured during the incident which took place on the Thomson Majesty.

Thomson Airways offers public Dreamliner role
Thomson Airways has announced that it will become the world’s first airline to give the public the chance to name one of its new Boeing 787 Dreamliners using Twitter. Holidaymakers should keep their eyes peeled as Thomson Airways has added #nameourplane onto the side of one of their 737 aircrafts so that consumers can tweet an image or the location of where they spotted the hashtag, along with their reasons why they should get to name the new 787 Dreamliner.

Thomson Airways brings Dreamliner to UK
Thomson Airways – which is set to become the first UK airline to fly the 787 Dreamliner from May 2013 – has welcomed the new aircraft into the UK. The exhibition formed part of the Dream Tour, organised by manufacturer Boeing, and unveiled the planned interior and new livery of its 787 aircraft.
