Feasting, Festivities and Artful Asian Traditions Come Alive During Lunar New Year at the Peninsula
This Lunar New Year, The Peninsula London invites guests to welcome the Year of the Fire Horse with an elegant fusion of time-honoured customs, immersive experiences, and contemporary artistry. From Tuesday 3rd February to Saturday 3rd March, the hotel will present a curated calendar of celebrations inspired by The Peninsula’s rich Asian heritage, ranging from exquisite culinary offerings, spectacular dragon dances, room packages to a striking new art installation by Chinese textile artist Lin Fanglu, lent by The Peninsula’s Art in Resonance programme.

This autumn, Brooklands by Claude Bosi launches Claude & Co at Brooklands, an exciting new four-hands dinner series celebrating culinary innovation and international talent. Hosted at The Peninsula London’s iconic rooftop restaurant, this exclusive collaboration brings together world-renowned, Michelin-starred chefs from around the globe for an unforgettable dining experience. Bonded by their culinary accomplishments and dedication to showcasing the very best produce, Claude Bosi has invited chefs he most admires to collaborate in the creation of a one-of-a-kind menu.
Celebrate the Lunar New Year at The Peninsula London
For the Lunar New Year period, Canton Blue, The Peninsula’s refined Cantonese restaurant, will transform into ‘Canton Red’ from 18th January – 8th February. Red is a sacred colour in Chinese culture, symbolising good fortune, prosperity, happiness, and vitality so the restaurant’s glossy blue entrance doors will be wreathed in red, and inside the interiors will be decorated with vibrant, red florals and luminous Chinese lanterns. Canton Red invites diners to celebrate the Lunar New Year with an exclusive menu crafted to honour the season.
