The Google Hotel Ads Commission Program combines the benefits and reach of Google Hotel Ads with the hotels’ existing commission programs by making the hotels’ best available retail rates searchable and bookable on Google.

Sabre Corporation and Trainline have signed a long-term agreement to bring fully integrated UK rail content into the Sabre travel marketplace. Sabre Corporation has signed a new technology agreement with Turkish Airlines, to provide its AirCentre Flight Plan Manager solution to streamline the airline’s operations. In addition, the airline will be moving from its current flight tracking system to adopt Sabre’s Flight Explorer within the scope of this agreement.

Sabre strikes $400m deal to acquire Abacus International

Sabre Corporation has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Abacus International, the leading global distribution system in the Asia-Pacific region. Abacus is currently owned by a consortium of 11 Asian airlines along with Sabre, which has a 35 per cent stake in the company. Sabre will purchase the remaining portion of Abacus for net cash consideration of $411 million.
