India chosen to host WTA Grand Final 2012
World Travel Awards - the “Oscars of the travel industry” - has announced it will host its Grand Final Gala Ceremony 2012 at The Oberoi, Gurgaon, New Delhi, India on December 12th. The event will mark the first time WTA’s Grand Final will be hosted in Asia.

Reliance takes stake in Oberoi Hotels
Reliance Industries has acquired a stake in luxury holiday provider East India Hotels in a deal believed to be worth US$217 million. Following the deal India’s largest company will take a 14 per cent stake in the hotel chain – which owns the Oberoi and Trident brands.
