Hilton has announced the signing of an agreement for a new-build Canopy by Hilton hotel at Deer Valley East Village - North America’s first luxury alpine village to be developed since 1981. Signed as part of an agreement with New York-based Extell Development Company, a full service national real estate developer of residential, commercial and hospitality properties, the new 180-key hotel will mark the Canopy by Hilton brand’s first hotel in Utah with an opening slated for summer of 2026
