Air Arabia Maroc to launch flights to Agadir, Morocco
Air Arabia Maroc has announced it will launch flights from Manchester to Agadir this winter. The Moroccan low cost airline will start twice weekly flights from October to the resort. It makes Manchester the only airport in the UK outside of London served by the carrier.
Royal Air Maroc launches Manchester-Casablanca connection
Royal Air Maroc has announced the launch of a new route between Manchester and Casablanca. From Tuesday March 28th, the Moroccan flag-carrier will begin operating direct non-stop flights three times per week from Manchester Airport to Mohammed V International Airport.

Emirates launches new Airbus A380 flights to Morocco
Emirates will operate the first ever commercial Airbus A380 flight to Morocco and North Africa, when it takes the iconic double decker aircraft to Casablanca on March 26th. The airline’s flagship aircraft will replace the Boeing 777-300ER aircraft currently used on the Dubai-Casablanca route, offering increased seat capacity across all three cabin classes and an enhanced premium product experience.

Lahcen Haddad, minister of tourism for Morocco, has stressed the importance of digital media as a “vector for job opportunities”. In a keynote speech to the Global Economic Mutations and Growth Perspectives conference in Casablanca, Haddad argued the use of digital technology and mass communication will enable economic growth.

The Moroccan National Tourist Office is launching its first-ever digital out-of-home campaign with Primesight. The MuchMorocco campaign is leveraging ‘Network’, Primesight’s industry-leading portfolio of digital roadside 48-sheets, and digital posters in cinema foyers to maximise exposure for Morocco in the run-up to the tourist industry’s busiest booking period.

L’Amandier hotel welcomes Broekhoven as general manager
