Jumeirah Group has appointed Winston Chien to the role of general manager at Jumeirah Himalayas Hotel, a landmark property set in Shanghai’s Pudong District.

Working alongside chef Richard Sandoval, Perfetti Hospitality signed Pan-Latin concept Toro Toro on the ground floor of Jumeirah at Etihad Towers. The restaurant is expected to open in February 2017. Toro Toro will offer a twist on the contemporary Latin experience by artfully blending Pan Latin flavours and creative sharing plates.

Jumeirah Al Naseem will open its doors on December 1st, bringing a contemporary architectural twist to its sister properties within Madinat Jumeirah Resort, and a guest experience focused on a journey of discovery through the modern culture of Dubai. Jumeirah Group has made a number of internal changes to its management team in order to strengthen its regional capabilities and support the brand’s continued commitment to growth. Doris Greif returns to Dubai to take up the new role of senior vice president operations, Middle East, Africa and South Asia, with Katie Benson replacing her as regional vice president for Europe, in addition to her role as general manager of Jumeirah Carlton Tower in London.
