ITB Asia underway at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore
Some 12,000 delegates have begun arriving at Marina Bay Sands Convention Centre as the fifth annual ITB Asia show gets underway. A total of 865 exhibitors are on hand to greet early arrivals, with Jordan, Pakistan, Qatar, South Africa, Uganda, and Gabon among the national tourist boards at the event for the first time.

Messe Berlin (Singapore), organiser of ITB Asia, has announced its commitment to promote social responsibility in tourism through the Responsible Tourism initiatives during this year’s extensive conference line-up. Taking place at The Sands Expo and Convention Center in Marina Bay Sands Singapore, ITB Asia 2012 will be held from October 17th-19th.
