Royal Caribbean Group Signs Agreement with Meyer Turku for the Next Ship
Royal Caribbean Group announced today that it has signed an agreement with Finnish shipbuilder Meyer Turku to order a fourth Icon Class ship for delivery to Royal Caribbean International in 2027. The agreement also includes options to build a fifth and sixth Icon Class ship.

Royal Caribbean International has officially welcomed the Icon of the Seas, a groundbreaking cruise ship, to its fleet after seven years of planning and 900 days of design and construction. The ship’s delivery ceremony took place at the Meyer Turku shipyard in Turku, Finland, with more than 1,200 crew members and workers in attendance.
