Hilton Hotels & Resorts plan new hotel in Surrey, UK
Hilton is introducing its flagship Hilton Hotels & Resorts brand to the affluent Surrey town of Woking, with the signing of a management agreement with Bandstand Square Developments. The new high-rise hotel will feature 196 guest rooms, including 12 suites, and is due to open in early 2021.

Hilton has signed a management agreement with Group Sadiki to open its first hotel in Casablanca. The news follows the conclusion of a landmark year for Hilton in Morocco which saw it re-establish a presence in the country in March 2016, with the opening of Hilton Garden Inn Tanger City Centre.
Hilton Garden Inn Ningbo opens to guests
Hilton has welcomed the opening of Hilton Garden Inn Ningbo, owned by Ningbo Romon Group and managed by Hilton. Hilton Garden Inn Ningbo is the fourth Hilton hotel to open in Ningbo, following the opening of DoubleTree by Hilton Ningbo Chunxiao, Hilton Ningbo Dongqian Lake Resort and DoubleTree by Hilton Beilun.
Hilton expands European capital city presence to Tbilisi
Hilton has revealed plans to introduce its flagship Hilton Hotels & Resorts brand to the capital of Georgia with the signing of a management agreement with Granat. The 206-guest room Hilton Tbilisi is set to open in early 2019.

Hilton signs with BRG Group for dual branded Vietnam property
Hilton has announced the signing of a management agreement with Victory Hotel Joint Stock Company, which is part of the BRG Group, for a 610-room dual-branded hotel. Owned by BRG Group, and to be managed by Hilton, the dual-branded property will feature Hilton Hanoi West Lake, with 240 rooms and suites, as well as 50 serviced residences and DoubleTree by Hilton Hanoi West Lake, with 320 rooms and suites.
Hilton Sanqingshan Resort opens in China
Hilton Sanqingshan Resort, located in China’s Mount Sanqing National Park, has opened to guests. The resort is the first and only internationally-branded resort in Shangrao, offering 372 guest rooms with panoramic views of the Chinese National AAAAA-rated tourist region, the highest ranking available for tourist attractions in China
Canopy by Hilton set to open in Chicago in 2018
Hilton Worldwide has unveiled plans to open a property under its lifestyle Canopy brand in Chicago. The 223-room Canopy by Hilton Chicago Loop is scheduled to open in autumn 2018, and will feature a 20th floor restaurant, bar and Canopy Central lobby, as well as a fitness centre, day transfer lounge, 4,000 square feet of meeting space, and a rooftop terrace and bar.

Hilton reveals Africa’s tallest hotel development
Hilton Worldwide has signed a management agreement with Jabavu Village to open a 255 guest-room and suite hotel in Kenya’s capital. The hotel is set to open in 2020 and joins 50 Hilton Hotels & Resorts properties trading or under development in 17 countries across Africa.
