Having earlier this year taken over leadership of Galle Face Hotel, which opened in 1864 and is the oldest hotel east of Suez, Breaking Travel News here talks to Robert Hauck about the tremendous sense of responsibility he feels to reinvigorate the property. American Deni Dukic joined the team as general manager.
