Frontier Airlines (Nasdaq: FRNT ) today announced the appointment of Pam Gardner to Director, Customer Service Training and Development. Gardner, 43, formerly held the title of Director, Inflight Services. In her new role, she will be responsible for the overall direction of Frontier`s training, including customer service, inflight and reservations programs. In addition, Gardner will develop and implement leadership and mentoring programs for Frontier employees. Gardner will report to Vice President of Marketing Jeff Potter.
