Flexjet signs $1.4bn deal to become Praetor launch customer
Embraer has signed a purchase agreement with Flexjet, a global leader in private jet travel. The deal comprises a fleet of Embraer business jets, which includes the recently certified Praetor jets and the Phenom 300.
Bombardier sells out of Flexjet business
After 18 successful years as Bombardier’s fractional jet ownership division, Flexjet has announced a definitive agreement for its purchase by a group led by Directional Aviation Capital through a newly-formed entity, Flexjet, LLC. The deal is reportedly worth approximately $185 million.
Qatar Airways links with Flexjet for private jet service
Qatar Airways has announced a strategic alliance with fractional jet programme provider Flexjet to offer customers access to over 5,000 destinations beyond the Doha-based airline’s four North American gateways. Flexjet is aircraft manufacturer Bombardier’s fractional ownership business, providing access to more than 80 modern executive aircraft. Aircraft available as part of the Flexjet Connect programme, are operated by United States air carrier Jet Solutions.
