Delta Air Lines to allow premier guests to pre-select in-flight meals
Delta Air Lines has sought to elevate the in-flight dining experience by introducing new services throughout the aircraft on international flights.
Delta launches automatic check-in through app
Delta Air Lines has added automatic check-in to the Fly Delta app to streamline the check-in experience for customers and take the guesswork out of accessing a boarding pass. The new functionality, available on the latest version of the app, automatically checks in eligible customers 24 hours prior to their scheduled departure.
Delta Air Lines revenues hit by Hurricane Irma impact
Delta Air Lines has reported adjusted pre-tax income for the September 2017 quarter of $1.7 billion, a $182 million decrease from the same period last year. Pre-tax income includes a $120 million reduction from the operational disruption following Hurricane Irma that hit the Caribbean, Florida, Georgia and, specifically, Delta’s hub in Atlanta.
