Celebrity Cruises has launched a new video showcasing the female leadership behind Celebrity Edge, the latest ship from the brand.

Narrated by Royal Caribbean Cruises chairman, Richard Fain, and Celebrity Cruises president, Lisa Lutoff-Perlo, the tour uses binaural audio, soundscaping, and 3-D augmented reality technology to give guests ultimate behind-the-scenes access to the story of this ground-breaking new ship.

Royal Caribbean Cruises chairman Richard Fain and Celebrity Cruises president Lisa Lutoff-Perlo hosted a ceremony on board Celebrity Edge, while docked in the Chantiers de l’Atlantique shipyard in Saint-Nazaire, France.

Jo Vaughton, the current head of public relations and social for Royal Caribbean International, has been internally promoted to the newly created role of director of brand marketing and public relations at sister brand, Celebrity Cruises.

Celebrity Cruises has unveiled The Spa on Celebrity Edge. With more than 22,000 square feet for guests to renew, restore, and reinvigorate, The Spa was inspired by nature, and masterfully designed by world-renowned designer Kelly Hoppen, and features an awe-inspiring selection of treatments in collaboration with industry-leading partners.

From a sky-high restaurant cantilevered 16 decks above the ocean to an immersive fusion of technology, animation and dining, Celebrity Cruises has announced the latest culinary hotspots offered on its transformative new ship, Celebrity Edge.
