Aircraft Interiors Expo (AIX) returns to delight the cabin interiors industry, packed with new product announcements.
According to Richard Bower, Group Commercial Director at AIM Aviation; “Aircraft Interiors Expo provides the opportunity for us to meet face to face with customers and suppliers, both existing and potential. It is a lively mix of the established, the innovative and the influential”.

With only six weeks to go, more than 60 new exhibitors will be on display at this year’s Aircraft Interiors Expo, including four Inflight Entertainment (IFE) software companies. Organised by Reed Exhibitions, Aircraft Interiors Expo will take place at Hamburg Messe in Germany from 9 -11 April.
Innovation abounds at this year’s Aircraft Interiors Expo so it was highly appropriate that the Crystal Cabin Awards for innovation in aircraft cabins were presented at the show at 1100 on Wednesday 28 March, after the formal awards ceremony took place on the previous evening.
Aircraft Interiors Expo 2012 opened its doors at 0900 on 27 March with more than 500 exhibitors from 30 countries participating – and a record amount of exhibition space taken by industry.
Lufthansa’s Head of Cabin Interiors and Eurostar’s Head of Onboard Services lead the line-up at the Cabin Innovation & Strategies for the Future Conference. This new conference takes place on Monday 26 March at the Hamburg Messe, the day before Aircraft Interiors Expo and its sister show World Travel Catering & Onboard Services Expo open.
The organiser of Aircraft Interiors Expo has acquired Europe’s largest travel catering exhibition from ITCA – the International Travel Catering Association.
