New leadership for Airbnb in UK & Ireland

Airbnb has appointed James McClure as the new general manager for the UK & Ireland. Previously head of emerging markets for Singapore and south-east Asia at Google, McClure brings ten years of experience in business development to grow and lead the UK market. Commenting on the appointment, Olivier Grémillon, managing director EMEA at Airbnb, said: “We are steadily growing our business arm in the UK and James is a great addition to this team.”
